Love of Movement
Growing up in Australia I spent a lot of time outdoors, playing sports or body surfing in the ocean. It was a natural progression for me to study movement, firstly through the traditional medical prism, then via the experiential methodology of a Feldenkrais Training. 30 years on, I continue to integrate my own movement learning into my practice to better serve my clients.
