Growing up in Australia I spent a lot of time outdoors, playing sports or body surfing in the ocean. It was a natural progression for me to study movement, firstly through the traditional medical prism, then via the experiential methodology of a Feldenkrais Training. 30 years on, I continue to integrate my own movement learning into my practice to better serve my clients. Sports: Swimming, running, field hockey, squash, track and field, softball, basketball, soccer, bodysurfing. Primary mode of transportation: Bicycle.
